Global attention is centered on the Strait of Hormuz, a vital shipping route responsible for roughly one-fifth of the world’s oil supply. Traffic through the strait remains extremely limited, as Iran continues to restrict access. Donald Trump says the United States will pause certain strikes on Iran’s energy infrastructure until April 6th, giving time for negotiations and calling on Iran to reopen the strait.

The Charge On Air - Governor Ron DeSantis Criticizes TSA

Ron DeSantis is suggesting a major shift in how airport security operates, proposing the possibility of eliminating the Transportation Security Administration altogether. The Charge On Air - Former UCF Quarterbacks Named to ESPN List

ESPN recently released a list of the top 100 college football quarterbacks of the 2000s. Among the list were two former UCF quarterbacks: McKenzie Milton and Dylan Gabriel. Milton played for UCF from 2016–2018, and his numbers are among the leaders in school history.
Milton led UCF to an undefeated national championship season in 2017, which helped him rank 90th on ESPN’s list. At number 25 on the list is Dylan Gabriel, who played for UCF from 2019–2020. Gabriel set the UCF freshman record for passing yards in a season with 3,653.

The Charge On Air - Pay With Provisions

UCF Parking Services is offering students the option to pay for one unpaid parking ticket with provisions. Students can head to Knight's Pantry at Ferrell Commons to donate Monday through Friday from 7:30am–4pm. You'll present your items and documents at the front desk. A full list of eligibility restrictions can be found on the UCF Parking Services website. Knights Pantry has released a list of items in high demand, as well as personal care items and dietary restriction items. Students can pay with provisions until March 6th…

The Charge On Air - Pulse Memorial Demolition

Temporary fences are up around the Pulse nightclub memorial where 49 victims lost their lives. As we approach the 10 year anniversary of the shooting, the city is finally moving forward with a permanent memorial. The City of Orlando bought the Pulse property from the failed One Pulse Foundation. City leaders say the permanent Pulse Memorial is expected to open in the coming years.
